Our Classic Day Camp Experience

DFW's Premier Summer Camp

Our Day Camp program is the essential Camp Thurman experience. This program started over 50 years ago in 1969. When you hear chatter about Camp Thurman, they are talking about Day Camp. We offer over 650 spots each of the 10 weeks of the summer, totaling in more than 6000 campers served each summer! We offer a wide range of activities that are catered to certain age groups to allow maximum fun, as much adventure as your camper desires, and the chance to learn more about the Gospel around every turn.
