A-Ray attends Dallas Baptist University and will graduate in December 2024, with plans of teaching history at the secondary level. He started attending Camp Thurman as a camper when he was 9 years old, and is now working his 8th summer as a staff member. He has also been heavily involved at Camp Thurman throughout the school year for the last few years. His favorite thing about Camp Thurman is spending time outdoors, the God-centered community he has found, and the opportunity to share the gospel with others and do everything to glorify God.
