As a team, we are intentional about using our unique gifts to provide experiences in the outdoors that share God’s love and help people pursue their identity in Christ. We aim to glorify Him by loving and serving others like Jesus and want every person we meet to feel known, seen and loved.

Camp Thurman is 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in Arlington, TX. Serving nearly 7,000 kids each summer as DFW’s premier summer day camp, our summer camp programs are jam packed with swimming, ropes courses, ziplines and more, spanning over ten weeks during the summer. Camp Thurman also serves the greater community through year-round programs and events.
Camp Thurman’s mission is to share God’s love and help people pursue their identity in Christ.
